Loosing

When I was SAHM, I put on weight a lot. Dunno what is the max, but a lot. So when I started working, 2 months after that, my weight was 56kg. With all the walking to and fro parking lot and office, kelam kabut early morning, tak cukup tido buat all the orders, still 56kg? Or maybe heavier la before tu.. So a bit frustrated sebenarnya. So I assume I cannot lose much. Low metabolism maybe, aging maybe. So I decided to buy my trusted girdle - Natasha. RM180 je :p that was the girdle yg help me get my pre-pregnancy weight masa lepas deliver Nasya. So, pakai la. Ketatnya la hai. Dia ada 1 size je pun. And now design dia best sikit compared to dulu. Then juju pulak tgh sibuk diet. And I started to follow Kevin and bought the ebook. And seriously masa tu baru la mata terbukak sikit. Before that, I just skip lunch or skip nasi. Makan lauk. Totally wrong! Dont skip meal. Breakfast is a must. Which aku xpenah skip but skip nasi, not the way. Which I thought iya la sebab I used to do this method last time, and mmg berjaya. But lepas baca Kevin's ebook. ohh okay! now I am 52 and lets see if i can get 48? :p Okla 50 laaa try....


Cara - jaga food intake - esp calories and balance it with exercise. Takla regular mana, tapi better dari dulu... And download myfitnesspal yeh? :p

mai... nak tanya sikit... where to buy girdle natasha tu? sedang mencari girdle/korset jugak... tapi yg femes kat pasaran adalah sgt mahal... yg mai beli ni harga iktu kemampuan nampaknya... so, saya sgt berkenan... thanks mai.
